Mark down 5 actions that you need to achieve each day. Narrowing it down to 5 makes it achievable and gives you a good focus. These should be the 5 actions you need to achieve before moving on to any other less important tasks.
3. Three wins
This section should be completed at the end of the day as a reflection exercise. You can then end your day on a positive. Adding this journalling exercise into your routine can benefit your mindset. This is my favourite journalling exercise as it's simple and effective.
